Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All garments from Damarnishakeil are handmade and produced to order. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun.

Please ensure all sizing, shipping details, and order information are correct before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for alternative sizes only, subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Exceptional Circumstances

In certain extenuating circumstances, Damarnishakeil may offer a store credit at our sole discretion.

Store credit requests will only be considered where:

• The item remains unworn and unused
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• The request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Approval of store credit is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
